This Month

Caroline’s Wearing…

…Daphne, in romantic Crimson Velvet. These versatile slippers will be happily taking her from her desk to weekend cocktails with friends! Plus we all know the power of a red shoe…for me that moment came as a child, as I watched Dorothy tapping her ruby slippers while saying “there’s no place like home.”

She’s listening to this love-ly playlist…

& sipping an oh-so romantic tipple

The Flapper (created for the opening of Claridge’s Bar in 1998)

15ml Briottet Crème de Cassis

15ml Boiron strawberry purée,

Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée NV Champagne, to top up,

1/2 a strawberry to garnish.

Method: In a cocktail shaker, stir the crème de cassis and strawberry purée together, then fine-strain into a flute. Top up with champagne and garnish with half a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

Enjoy the month ahead,
