Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however should you like to return it, please find instructions below:

To return a product please use the Returns Form included in your Order & return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Costs to return are your responsibility.

Please note: Any item cannot be returned if worn or damaged. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and any damage to the goods caused in your possession will mean return of the product to you or a reduction in refund amount due to repair costs incurred. For this reason please ensure you do not wear items outside & we suggest you try your footwear on carpeted floor only.

UK Returns 

Kindly take your return to the nearest Post Office and make sure you keep a note of your tracking until your return has been fully processed. We suggest returning 48 Tracked & Signed For. If you wish to use alternative means or courier then please send your return to the below address, and send details of your tracking to:  info@oliviamorrisathome.com & please retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute or loss of goods.

International Returns

If you have purchased product from outside the UK, you are wholly responsible for the payment of the shipment costs to return.  Any taxes and duties paid on receiving your good cannot under any circumstances be refunded. You must deal with this application directly, with the appropriate authority. We recommend marking the return as 'return only, of no commerical value' Please note if an exchange is required a new shipment cost will be generated and invoiced prior to shipment. Please send details of your tracking to:  info@oliviamorrisathome.com & retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute or loss of goods.

Processing

A refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods. Unless goods are deemed faulty, the refund will not include any shipping costs, this is supplementary to the cost of the goods.

Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed your order and will be subject to our right to withhold amounts for products which are damaged or degraded on return.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Gifts

If you have received an item from Olivia Morris At Home as a gift, you may request an exchange for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay any difference in cost, plus the additional shipping, taxes and import duties and any additional charges that may incur as a result of exchange.
